I love it when I get the chance to shoot in Lisle. I really like to offer clients a variety of backdrops once we’re on location.  Plus, Lisle never feels too crowded, and I love being able to take pictures around different elements like the water in this shoot.

I have absolutely loved getting to capture so many expectant parents this summer! I have a feeling that I’m going to be just as busy this fall/winter, too (cough cough #covidbabies).

This session was no different! Jacob and Morgan Browning were so fun to shoot, and I am so excited to see them again soon for their newborn session! The lighting couldn’t have been more perfect for this shoot in Lisle, and as the sun started to set, the sunlight danced in the leaves, and as it began to dip towards the horizon, the entire area had a hazy romantic light drenching Jacob and Morgan at the center.

Choosing the Perfect Look for a Lisle Maternity Session

Morgan kept her dress timeless, and she looked stunning. The way that the dress draped, it accentuated her bump perfectly. I also love that Jacob opted for a sportcoat to start, so we could capture some more formal pictures, before moving to a more simple look in his polo. It doesn’t always have to be the ladies who change (and in the middle of summer and towards the end of a pregnancy, who would want to fight with changing in the middle of a shoot??). Jacob’s looks complimented Morgan, and the entire look was perfect for this shoot in Lisle.

I love that the colors they wore will compliment any decor when the picture is displayed in their home! I also cannot believe how stunning she looked standing on the rocks in the water.

Congrats, Browning Family! I am looking forward to our upcoming shoot and meeting your precious baby girl!
